FEATURES OF ZARGES K470 CASES


Stacking Corners in cast aluminum.	All-round seal incorporated in the lid protects against wear and tear, and squashing.	Seal also guaranteed in the corners (special notches)

Stainless steel hinge strips riveted to the sheet metal outer covering and the solid profile life (to prevent them from being ripped out.)	Skid Bars in robust aluminum profile on the top of containers with external dimensions of 47.0 x 31.5" and above (additional lid reinforcement)	Edge, base and lid profile framework in solid profile, fully welded with sheet metal providing a strong and durable joint.

All riveted joints have solid rivets.	Snap fasteners and hooks in aluminum/ stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and with provision for lead seal, padlock, or quick=lock buckle closures.	2 heavy-duty lid straps, sealed at the ends to prevent fraying. Straps securely held with no risk of tearing under heavy loads. Secured with special large-headed rivets.

High-performance flash butt welding process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 4063. This intensive manufacturing process ensures a high degree of stability and torsional stiffness.	Heavy-duty ergonomic drop handles with returning spring (stainless steel) and plastic sleeve.	Skid bars in robust aluminum profile on containers with external dimensions of 47.0 x 31.5" and above (additional base reinforcement).

Extremely strong, smooth, visually appealing spot welds in accordance with DIN ISO 4063. The overlap joint in the sheet metal outer covering has no fissures and is extremely durable.	All-round beading and corner beading for reinforcement.
